When you send us electronic mail or you enter your information in an online form we may collect your personal information in order to respond to you, to provide the service you requested, to facilitate sales and credit transactions, to process payments, to register you or your family in district programs or for a volunteer opportunity, or to improve our website services. 

Upon assessment and completion of onsite work, our technicians photograph the affected jobsite. These photographs are taken so as to not identify the either the property or the homeowner, and are archived to serve as a tool for reference, training, or example, for future employees or clients. In some cases, your work may be selected for display on our online gallery pages, and will only be posted providing it will not identify you or your property in any discernible way. If you object to a photo posted of work performed at your address, please contact our TCS Admin for removal within 48h or 2 business days.

Use and Disclosure

The Crack Specialists, Inc. will only use your personal information for the same purpose it was collected. The information will not be used for another purpose without your consent.  The Crack Specialists, Inc. may only disclose your personal information for the purpose that it was collected. We will not share your personal information for another purpose or with other companies unless you provide your consent to do so.

We protect your personal information by making reasonable security arrangements against such risks as unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or disposal. Storage of Personal Information

TCS stores personal information collected via all channels on servers that are part of a secure network located within Canada, and within Microsoft Exchange.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics website tracking to gather user demographic and interest data from website visitors. This data cannot be used to personally identify an individual visitor, but is used to understand how different segments of the population use the website in order to improve our visitors’ experience.
